Visiting the Japanese Peace Pagoda at Rumassala was such a serene experience! Built in 2005 by Japanese monks, this white stupa sits on a hill overlooking the Indian Ocean and Galle Fort—absolutely stunning views! The peaceful vibe is perfect for relaxing or meditating, especially at sunset when it’s just breathtaking. It’s a short hike to get there, but totally worth it! Dress respectfully and take off your shoes. Pair it with a trip to nearby Jungle Beach for a perfect blend of nature and spirituality!
