If you’re heading to Central from Willesden, hop on Bus 98. It’s one of those routes that takes you through local streets before diving into the energy of Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road. I use it when I want a calm start and a lively end — perfect for weekend shopping or spontaneous meetups. Plus, the top deck gives some surprisingly cool city views as you glide past street art, food stalls, and high street stores.
