Visited around 12:00 on a weekday.
There were about 4 groups of customers ahead of me, so I waited. I waited for about 10-15 minutes before entering the restaurant.
I heard that this is the birthplace of yushi tofu soba, so I was excited✨✨

It was a meal ticket system, and I ordered a medium yushi tofu soba and juushi.
The juushi only came with rice balls. There are two in the photo.
Each is 200 yen. You can choose from medium, large, and extra large servings of yushi tofu soba, and the medium is 800 yen, so that's exactly 1000 yen!

Both were very salty.
The meat in the yushi tofu soba tasted like it was boiled in salt!
The noodles were curly and very satisfying!

There were many celebrity autographs, and the line grew even longer after the meal, so you could tell how popular the restaurant is!
