When I visited Saga in the summer, I tried it for the first time and was shocked by how delicious it was, so I went back again to share this deliciousness. lol

Onsen yudofu was also eaten by travelers passing through the Nagasaki Kaido during the Edo period. When boiled in Ureshino's hot spring water, which has special properties, the tofu melts and becomes fluffy and has a texture like light snow.
