Unfortunately, the northernmost point in Japan, pushed aside by Cape Soya Although it doesn't have a title, Cape Noshappu, located in the same neighborhood of Wakkanai... I feel that this place is more attractive and has more to see. The reason is that there is an aquarium where you can meet cute penguins, seals, and various mysterious creatures, and a science museum with a lot of old-fashioned atmosphere and well-equipped experience corners. It is also a place that is highly recommended for families because you can enjoy it for 500 yen per person. If you combine sightseeing with Cape Noshappu and finish off with a meal of fresh and cheap uni-don, it will be a very fulfilling and warm trip to the northernmost part of Japan. Highly recommended!!!
