Omuraya Ureshino Onsen Bijin-yu Lives Up to Its Name

Ureshino is a very quiet town. Just a few steps away, there are footbaths. Staying at Omuraya, you can reserve a bathhouse once a day, and after soaking in the Bijin-yu, your skin really becomes smooth. The owner is a fan of The Beatles and jazz, and in the evening, a drink with a snack costs just over 1000 yen. It's very relaxing. The staff are also very friendly. Recommended! I didn't book the hotel's breakfast or dinner. A 6-8 minute walk away, there's a Lawson convenience store. A three-minute walk away, next to the large public bath, Musashi Izakaya is also good; I had a fresh Imari beef cooked in a ceramic pot with butter. The next evening, I had sushi at Shinpachi, which, paired with the local Daiginjo sake, was incredibly delicious.
