|| It is no exaggeration to say that it is a concentrated museum. Laos on the weekend is like a frying pan with a blazing fire. It feels like it can fry you instantly. The ice water in the backpack has been drunk up. Walking in the French bar in Laos, looking at all kinds of strange things. This craft shop of Jndochina Handicraft brings together Buddha statues and coins from various countries in Southeast Asia. They are casually placed on the table. Once covered with a glass panel, it is very international. It makes people want to collect coins from different countries in the world, regardless of the amount. It feels like owning it is like owning the world. Various wooden Buddha statues are placed at the door. The hanging lanterns are from Vietnam and China. The highest point on the right is a Chinese kettle with "Red Double Happiness" printed on it. On the solid wood round table at the entrance is Maitreya Buddha, Rice Flower Fragrance Wine and Fortune Cat, Jade Guanyin, Incense Burner and Fortune Tree. Various styles of Chinese red envelopes and Chinese knots are hung on the tree. Among them, 70 -80s Chinese "Peking Beer" and "Colorful Drum Flower" and other advertising posters
Instantly full of age
Buddha statues are all the same
Gold, silver, wood, copper
Chinese Buddha, Vietnamese Buddha, Lao Buddha, Burmese Buddha are all over the house
Even the chess is a variety of Buddha statues
It can be said to be a day of good fortune with Buddha
I also like the refrigerator magnets in the house very much
The exotic refrigerator magnets come from at least a dozen countries
I really want to have them for myself
Various vintage and Laotian style postcards
Those who like it can buy a few sets
It is not an exaggeration to say that it is a concentrated "museum"
Jndochina There are Buddhist temples on the left and opposite the Handicraft handicraft shop. You can go there to pray for blessings. No tickets are required. You can kneel down and pray for yourself and your family. There is no price tag, just give as you wish. But there are requirements for ladies to enter the temple. You cannot wear revealing clothes or skirts that are shorter than the knees. The temple is very close to the Mekong River Night Market. It is a 5-minute walk. Thailand is across the river. You can see the smoke from the Thai people across the river. Three people, 3 bottles of Beerlao, a boiled tilapia, a portion of beef, a plate of water spinach, and a roasted chicken. The cost is 630,000 kip. To be honest, Laos is quite expensive. The roasted chicken was burnt. It was not fragrant at all and had a burnt smell. I don’t recommend you to order this dish. There are a lot of fireflies. If you eat slowly, the wine You will be given "extra dishes" at any time. Fortunately, there are free Laotian girls singing to cheer you up. It's not bad. You can tell from the melody that many songs are adapted from Chinese songs. In addition to food, the Mekong Night Market also has a children's park. Roller coasters, bumper cars, inflatable slides and Ferris wheels are very popular with locals. The Ferris wheel is a mini version. To be precise, it is for children to play. But many young couples will also go to experience the joy of the "Ferris wheel". The night market also sells various clothes, shoes and hats, cosmetics, backpacks... Friends who like it can buy a T-shirt with Laotian patterns printed on it. Give it to friends or wear it yourself. The price is not high. We bought one and spent 60,000 kip, which is about 19 yuan. Overall, it is worth a visit to the Mekong Night Market for friends who have just arrived in Laos.
