Great Room, Questionable Restaurant Service

The room was excellent, with a fantastic pool and proximity to the ocean. Room service, especially with Said and Rahmatullah, was outstanding. They attended to everything like towels, cleaning, and water, ensuring good communication. I highly recommend both. However, I do not recommend Asmita and Syayanth from the Aqua Restaurant. They act superior, claiming management insists on strictness with customers. For example, Asmita did not allow a cup of water to be taken from the restaurant to the terrace, 10 meters away. While it's normally possible to get water from the bar, their communication is what stands out negatively. I ordered three cappuccinos at breakfast and waited 8-10 minutes for Syayanth to deliver them. When I asked about the delay, he responded dismissively. This is not proper communication. I own a hotel and do not tolerate such attitudes toward customers. Customers are crucial as they bring revenue to the business. Anthu was a great support to us, and the reception team was excellent.
