Let's start with the appetizer of caramelized Iberian black pork barbecued pork, which has a rich barbecued pork flavor and soft meat.
Longjing smoked vegetarian goose has a unique tea flavor.
Braised Fish Maw with Bamboo Fungus, Wolfberry and Gravy
I like this soup very much, it is refreshing and sweet.
The stewed fish maw is very thick, elastic and tender.
The main course is freshly shredded Boston lobster baked with mustard greens. It is pre-shredded for easy eating and you can enjoy the meat in every bite.
The other dish is steamed South African abalone with tangerine peel and spicy mushroom sauce. The abalone is very springy and slightly spicy, which makes it very tasty.
Steamed horse mackerel with chives and bacon, totally free of fishy smell
Next, try the Songzi lily and honey beans, which are refreshing and sweet and can relieve greasiness.
Then the handmade noodles with goose scallion oil are fragrant and not greasy
The last dessert is peach gum stewed with osmanthus, lily, and coix seed
With sesame rolls 😋 Very satisfying!
