Every time I come to HK for an exhibition, I will come to this Cantonese restaurant.
The fully transparent floor-to-ceiling glass windows are
The Golden Bauhinia Square and Victoria Harbour are all within sight.
There are also private rooms in the store, which makes business banquets more prestigious! !

This dish is so grand, it restores the shape of lobster.
The lobster meat is firm and sweet, and the Chencun is pink and smooth.
After sucking up the soup, it is delicious and slides down your throat in one go.

The skin is golden and crispy, and the chicken is tender.
Take a bite and confirm its name.
It’s really as brittle as glass!

This dish overturned my stereotype of mackerel.
Chinese food cooked in Western style, fish can be so tender and smooth,
