Huancui Tower is located at the eastern foot of the ancient Sinai Mountain in Weihai City, Shandong Province. It was first built in the Ming Dynasty. Zhao Heling, the deputy inspector of the Ming Dynasty, rebuilt the Weihaiwei City. Commander Wang Kai and others were grateful for the public's kindness and donated their salaries to build the tower in his memory. Huancui Tower is built against the mountain, on an ascending terrain, covering an area of ​​more than 300 acres. It is named "Huancui" because it is surrounded by mountains and greenery, and has the beauty of the sea and mountains.

The main building has three floors and is 16.8 meters high. The roof is covered with glazed tiles, with hip-and-gable eaves and carved windows. The three large characters "Huancui Tower" written by the famous calligrapher Shu Tong on the eaves glow brightly. Climbing up the tower and looking out into the distance, you can see the blue sea and sky, the famous mountains and rivers, Liugong Island across the sea, and the beautiful streets, which is a feast for the eyes.
