I'm currently on vacation in China. I'm in Weihai (威海), Shandong Province, a popular vacation spot for Chinese tourists. Even though it's early September, the weather is incredibly hot, so I looked for a cafe with good air conditioning. It's called Coffee Corner (拐角咖啡), and it's on a corner street.

My Chinese friend recommended it to me, saying it was the best cafe she'd ever been to during her trip to Weihai. I ordered a hot latte (拿铁) and a fig cake (无花果蛋糕), and my total bill was 69 yuan. It's one of the best cafes I've been to recently, and I highly recommend it.

First of all, this cafe is famous for its fig cake, which the owner personally makes. It was incredibly delicious, filled with fig fruit. The cake itself wasn't too sweet, so I could really enjoy the natural flavor of the figs. I finished one and considered having another.

We also had a variety of coffee beans to choose from. I prefer a more bitter flavor, so I asked, and they recommended Brazilian beans. They were so fragrant, I enjoyed my latte.

The owner and staff were all so friendly, and the air conditioning was fantastic. I highly recommend this cafe in Weihai! ♥️
