#自然熟 clean & wild eats, one of the rare Italian vegetarian dishes in Tainan (five-spice vegetarian, lacto-ovo vegetarian), specializing in pasta, rice risotto, salad and flatbread.

It’s another restaurant in an alley, and it serves vegetarian food! Just in the alley on Minzu Road opposite the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Zhongshan store, behind the Wanchang Uprising, there is an entire alley hidden away. The small alleys in Tainan are always home to hidden talents.

The high-ceiling dining environment is bright and spacious, with large glass windows, an open kitchen, and a pure white space with a slightly light industrial style, making people feel comfortable and relaxed.

After checking out the introduction on Zi Ran Shu’s Facebook page, I found out that the store also has the #OliveOliveOliveChiliGarlicNoodles that people are crazy about from #BlackandWhiteChef! Of course I ordered it without hesitation, and added 100 yuan for pudding and iced Americano.

This dish tests the chef's skills. It consists of a few simple ingredients stir-fried, topped with a half-cooked poached egg, and garnished with toasted walnuts. The spicy, garlicky, oily, and floury flavors are all over the place when you take a bite, and the refreshing, chewy texture is a perfect match. It's so pure and delicious!

After reading the introduction, I learned that the proprietress opened an advertising company in Taipei in her early years, and also founded #小确幸红茶奶合作 and #富富咖啡, and then came to Tainan to open this #自然熟意式蔬菜食. No wonder the taste and flavor are so amazing!
