🏘️Room Type/Layout

The doorman was very friendly and asked if we had any luggage. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly and greeted us. We couldn't find the lounge, so we checked in at the front desk. It took a while, but the service was good. The room was well laid out and the space was used well. The room was only 70 square meters, but it was very comfortable. The living room was spacious, which was great for our New Year's Eve decorations.

🛌Amenities/Facilities

The view from the room was average, but the soundproofing was great, which made for a peaceful stay. The bathroom had two sinks, a large bathtub, and a great Hansgrohe shower system. The hotel toiletries were from the hotel's own white tea series, which smelled great. The bed was comfortable, as expected from a Westin, and the blackout curtains were great. There was almost no light in the morning. There was a wide selection of tea, a coffee machine, and a large cake from the hotel, which was delicious. However, the hotel had some shortcomings. It opened in 2023, but there was no Dyson hairdryer or electric toilet, the minibar was not free, and there was no welcome fruit. The executive lounge was on the second floor, which was not a good match for the hotel's 27 floors.

The soundproofing was great, which kept out the noise. The room was clean and tidy, which made for a comfortable stay.

💗Other Tips

Afternoon tea at the lounge starts at 2:30 pm. There was a wide selection of cakes, and the grapefruit juice was delicious. Happy hour (HH) is from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, and there were eight hot dishes. The staff also offered to make cocktails. There was a wide selection of breakfast options, the fresh juice was great, and the sticky rice chicken, scrambled eggs, and potato wedges were all delicious.

Overall, if you don't mind the view, this hotel, which opened in 2023, is a great choice in Wuhan. It has new facilities, which is an advantage over some of the older Marriott hotels. I hope to stay here again.
