Maojiawan Cultural Village, invested and built by Pingxiang Maojiawan Food Co., Ltd., covers 60 mu and is an extension of a comprehensive agricultural development project. Its architectural style reflects that of the Dong ethnic group and traditional Jiangnan dwellings. Located in the northern section of the Pingxiang National High-tech Industrial Park, at the intersection of National Highway 319 and Yingbin Avenue, it borders the Pingxiang (Penggao) Station of the Changhang High-speed Railway to the north, is adjacent to the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway, and backs onto Tianzhong Wetland Park, overlooking the newly built Municipal Government Building.
Maojiawan Cultural Village, rooted in revolutionary culture, folk customs, and traditional education, embraces the philosophy of "ecological cuisine, respect for nature, interpretation of folk customs, and the inheritance of history." It integrates leisure agriculture and tourism. Facilities include: farmhouse dining, a children's playground, fishing, farming and folk customs, an ecological farm, poultry farming, barbecues, training programs, chess and card games in guest rooms, celebrity sculptures, a fruit orchard, food processing, and revolutionary cultural displays.
