On April 7, I visited East Lake Cherry Blossom Park early in the morning. There were a few early-blooming cherry trees in full bloom (will go back next week for more), but I didn't stay long and quickly moved on.
Next stop: Qingshan Park—and once again, it did not disappoint! This hidden gem had pear blossoms, early cherry blossoms, magnolia, flowering crabapple, and forsythia all blooming at the same time! 🌿🌸
📸 Great Photo Spots:
There are plenty of spots on hillsides, under trees, and by the lakeside, perfect for capturing the beauty of these blooms.
Pear blossoms are already in full bloom, with some buds still waiting to open (but they don’t last long!).
Early cherry blossoms are out (with more to come next week).
Magnolia is at its peak, though some petals are starting to fall.
Crabapple flowers are thriving in full bloom!
Forsythia has started to bloom too, though it’s still a bit sparse.
Address: Qingshan Park (Free entry, no reservation required)
🚇 How to Get There: Take Line 5 to Honggangcheng A Exit
🚗 Parking: Available at the entrance, 2 RMB per hour
