I explored everything from the lobby to every floor—the SPA room and gym are visually stunning, so clean they practically shine! Though I arrived too late to see the pool and the bar on the 2nd floor (a small regret to make up for next time), the hotel's overall vibe resonated deeply with me—not an artificial polish, but a sophistication that permeates every detail.

Having stayed at Wanda Reign the night before, the difference in service at Fairmont was immediately apparent! In comparison, it felt more like the thoughtful care of Zhenbo in Guiyang—staff discreetly anticipate your needs without being intrusive. The butler's proactive contact was especially considerate, not only arranging a late checkout until 6 PM but also upgrading us to a suite. Full marks for this level of service!

【Breakfast: Gold Lounge vs. First-Floor Buffet】
▪️21st Floor Gold Lounge: An exclusive, quiet space for Gold members with breathtaking views. Breakfast by the window was pure bliss. Though the selection is slightly smaller than the first-floor buffet, the tranquility more than compensates.
▪️First-Floor Buffet: Overwhelming variety—Western cold cuts, Chinese stir-fries, Wuhan specialties, even Japanese cuisine, all looking delicious! The breakfast butler even brought iced Americano, which tasted fantastic.
(Psst: Overall slightly less impressive than Zhenbo, but still utterly delightful!)

🧹Soundproofing/Cleanliness: Excellent soundproofing ensures privacy; impeccable cleanliness everywhere.

🏘️Room Type/Layout: The upgraded suite was spacious and well-designed, with clear, comfortable zoning from the living area to the bathroom.

🛌Amenities/Facilities: High-quality amenities and well-appointed facilities, with stylish furniture and soft furnishings that fully meet living needs.

💗Other Tips: The hotel's service is attentive and thoughtful, especially the butler service—communicate your needs in advance. Two breakfast options cater to different preferences. The pool and bar are unique and worth a dedicated visit.
