This hotel in Wuhan is absolutely amazing!

🏨 The elegant charm of Chu-Han by the Yangtze River – Fairmont Wuhan
As the first Fairmont landmark in Central China, the hotel is located in the heart of Wuhan's Central Business District (CBD), adjacent to the Wuhan Museum and Wangjiadun Central Park. Since its opening in 2017, it has redefined the luxurious travel experience in Wuhan with its "modern Chu-Han aesthetics." The exterior of the building integrates the bronze patterns of Jingchu with glass curtain walls, while the interior is inspired by chimes, lacquerware, and the mortise and tenon structure of the Yellow Crane Tower, injecting the essence of 3,500 years of Chu culture into every space.

As expected, it lives up to its reputation as the only luxury brand in Wuhan. Whether it's the details of the decoration or the service, it is indeed half a level higher than the standard five-star hotels.
The hotel's location may be its only drawback, and there is no view to speak of, but it is really comfortable for a staycation.
First of all, the service. Their concierge is really doing their job and paying attention to the details of the guests' needs, including the staff in the lobby bar, who are also very attentive to details.
Although the hotel is nearly ten years old, their hardware maintenance is really good, and they are really willing to spend money on the decoration materials. The texture of the furniture is really luxurious.
The bedding is especially comfortable and high, and lying on it makes you feel like a rich young master, haha.
The t9 tea bags are really delicious. They put eight bags in the room at once. I was really ripped off for buying a cup for CNY 98 in the lobby bar...
The decoration of the lobby bar is also very grand, and this black and white decoration really gives people a sense of luxury.
A luxury brand is indeed a luxury brand. This is really not something that a five-star hotel can imitate. The price of CNY 700–800 in the off-season is also acceptable!
