Wuxi: A Weekend of Culture and Delicious Food 🍜

Just got back from an amazing weekend in Wuxi! 😍 If you're planning a visit, here's a glimpse into my experience:

Where to Stay: The Lakefront Commercial Street and Sanyang Square areas are perfect for accommodation. Plenty of food and shopping around! 🍽️

Day 1: Arrived in Wuxi and had lunch near Lakefront Commercial Street, then spent the afternoon exploring the Lihu Lake Light Park and Nanchang Street. 🌇

Day 2: Visited Nanchang Temple, Huishan Ancient Town, Xihui Park, and Jichang Garden. The history and culture here are amazing! 🏛️

About the sights:
Nanchang Temple: Free entry, open 7 AM to 4:50 PM. It's a smaller temple but full of spiritual energy. Don’t miss the small food street outside for tasty snacks! 🏯
Huishan Ancient Town: Open 8 AM to 4:30 PM. This historic spot, combined with Jichang Garden and Xihui Park, gives you a great look at the traditional charm of Wuxi. 🌿
Xihui Park: A lovely, peaceful park. Locals love it for relaxing, boating, and picnicking. ⛵
Jichang Garden: A must-visit! It’s got a famous ancestral hall, Jiangnan’s second spring, and beautiful gardens. It’s a bit pricey but totally worth it! 🏞️
