🚗Attraction Transportation

1. Public Transportation

- As a person who loves to sleep in on weekends, I set off at 10:00, had lunch and milk tea at a mall, and then took the subway at around 11:00. I arrived at Changning Palace Subway Station at around 12:00.

2. Transfer

- There are many private cars going to Nanwutai and Mount Cuihua outside the subway station. They usually charge CNY 50. Of course, you can also call a Didi or take a taxi. We took one of these cars and arrived at the entrance of Mount Cuihua Scenic Area at around 12:40.

👍Must-visit Attractions

1. Tianchi

- After arriving at the scenic area, we took a sightseeing bus to Tianchi, which costs CNY 20 per person. The scenery around Tianchi is very beautiful. You can see beautiful scenery from different angles by walking around Tianchi. There is an archery range, a great mirror for taking photos, and a swing at the other end of Tianchi. You need to wait for a while to play on the swing, but it is very fun😉.

2. Ice Cave

- The Ice Cave is also worth a visit. You can walk around the Ice Cave. There is a narrow exit, which is very slippery after snow. Be careful when walking~ I felt like I was on an adventure🧐.

🎟️Tickets

- You need to buy a ticket to enter the scenic area. The sightseeing bus to Tianchi costs CNY 20 per person, and the ticket to Tiandong costs CNY 20 per person. However, I don't think Tiandong is worth buying a separate ticket for. It is just a 400-meter light show. When we went in, there was a section of the road that was like a water curtain cave, and we couldn't get through it at all, so we had to go back the way we came.

💗Other Tips

1. Consumption in the Scenic Area

- There are grilled sausages and hot water for sale in the scenic area, which are more expensive than outside. There is also a small snow slope, where you can buy skiing tools and snow tools. Skiing looks fun. We only bought snow tools to play with, which was also very interesting😎.

2. Time to Visit

- We left the scenic area at around 17:00 and spent a leisurely afternoon in the scenic area. If you go earlier, you may see rime. However, we were lucky. We thought it would be very cold, but the weather was very good. The snow melted too fast. When we left the scenic area, we felt that the snow on the mountain was almost gone.

3. Return Transportation

- It seems that there are cars at Tianchi that can take you directly to Xi'an, but I don't know the price. If you have time, you can ask in advance, which will make it more convenient to return.

Mount Cuihua is really a good place for a weekend trip. Even if you don't see rime, Tianchi, the Ice Cave, and other fun places here will leave you with good memories. Next time, I will set off earlier and experience the different beauty of Mount Cuihua😘.
