Experience the Terracotta Army after a Thousand Years

The site of Pit 3 of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses of Emperor Qin Shihuang is one of the most famous historical attractions in Xi'an and is also a World Civilization Heritage Site. Many friends will come here to see the shocking scene of the Qin Dynasty's terracotta warriors and horses, and feel the glory of the ancient Chinese legion thousands of years ago. Pit No. 3 is the smallest but strategically placed part of the entire terracotta museum, known as the “Military Command,” which houses a breathtaking preservation of many authentic terracotta warriors and horses and ancient ruins.

Recommended tour routes:
It is recommended that you read the tour guide once you enter the museum to understand the layout of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Pit. Pit No. 3 belongs to the relatively quiet exhibition area, where you can slowly and carefully observe and feel the atmosphere like real soldiers and carriage sites. You can then return to Pit 1 and Pit 2 to continue the tour to compare the scale and detail of the three pits.

Must-play items:
A must-see is the only figurine of the "military commander" in Pit 3. It is so delicate that it has different hairstyles, armor and gestures. It has a sense of history to take pictures. Pay attention to the original ground and unearthed artifacts in the pit to feel the authenticity of the archaeological site.

Check-in spot:
Recommended to the viewing platform in the middle of Pit 3, with a row of standing terracotta warriors and horses in the background, perfect for group photos. The lighting design also makes the entire venue more solemn, the indoor temperature is moderate, and the visiting experience is good.

Attraction tips:
1. Try to get there early to avoid peak crowds, with the least crowds entering on weekday mornings, so you can take pictures slowly.
2. Touching the exhibits is prohibited in the venue.
3. Before entering, you can learn about the history of Qin Shihuang and the background of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses in advance.
4. Audio guide rentals are available for first-hand detailed understanding of the exhibits.
5. There is a ticket office and snack area in the museum, so there is no need to bring too much luggage.

Notes:
No loud noises are allowed in the venue. Keep quiet and take photos without turning on the flash. The scenic area is relatively large, remember to bring comfortable shoes. The exhibits are strictly protected. Do not touch the Terracotta Warriors and Horses.

Although pit part three is not the largest, each terracotta warrior is well preserved and carries a strong sense of mystery. It was shocking to see the Terracotta Warriors and Horses in person. The history and atmosphere of the scene are definitely worth the trip to feel!
