Just got back from Xiamen with the kid, let me share some favorite routes and suggestions!

Xiamen is not just about Gulangyu, there are really a lot of routes to explore, mainly because going to Gulangyu is very tiring for moms‼️
This time with the kid, I chose a route that includes both amusement parks and the chance to dig sand and catch the sea🤹🏻‍♀️ Laid-back parenting, happy mom, plus seaside afternoon tea and lawn giant screen movies to watch

⛳️Transportation: Take Metro Line 2 to Guanyinshan Station
🎡Play route: Guanyinshan Jupeng's Dream Coast (carousel + Ferris wheel + bungee jumping + pirate ship + rotating tower, etc.)—Lawn open-air square to feed pigeons—Viewing the Xiamen-Jinmen Bridge—Guanyinshan Beach for sand digging and sea catching—Seaside afternoon tea (several places are great)

👀▪️Play TIPS:
1⃣️·Xiamen gets hot in summer, it's recommended to enter the park after 4 pm for a more comfortable experience
2⃣️·The Ferris wheel has several themed cabins that are very nice! Got lucky and sat in the Strawberry Bear cabin~ From high up, you can overlook the entire seaside park
3⃣️·Sunsets in summer are mostly after 6 pm, you can time your Ferris wheel ride to watch the sunset!
4⃣️·There are many photogenic spots: the LOVE seats under the Ferris wheel, the 'Love' tree, the 'Vibrant Eye', the open-air square road and lawn, all very photogenic! The trendy street leading to the beach, casually snap a photo and it's magazine-worthy!
5⃣️·Land World to the beach is only a 5-minute walk, prepare sand digging tools in advance. Check the tide table, and you can catch the sea and pick up shells during low tide
6⃣️·Head towards the direction of 'Xiamen-Jinmen's First Jump', there are many seaside afternoon tea spots, beach camping spots! Order a drink, have a simple meal, laid-back parenting, very comfortable!
7⃣️·If you stay near Guanyinshan seaside, you can catch the sunrise at five in the morning!
