This time I didn't stay in the city center! Discovered this amazing hotel by the Huandong coastal area - just 20 minutes by taxi to Tong'an Film City, with the romantic coastal line right downstairs. Riding shared bikes along the shoreline with the sea breeze is so relaxing! At dusk, visit the Rainbow Dam to watch the sunset - the orange hues reflecting on the sea make every phone photo look like an oil painting. Nearby there's Fantawild Dreamland too - if you're bringing kids, two days won't be enough for all the fun!

🛏️ Cloud-like sleeping experience
The floor-to-ceiling windows stunned me when I opened the door! The sea view room faces the blue ocean directly - you can see fishing boats swaying on the water when you wake up in the morning. The mattress is wonderfully soft, like sinking into marshmallows, and you can even choose pillow heights. As someone who usually struggles with insomnia, I actually slept through the night here. The mini bar has free cola and snacks - perfect for cozying up on the sofa watching shows at night!

The gym has complete equipment! Treadmills face floor-to-ceiling windows so you can enjoy sea views while running. My favorite is the heated pool - the water is so clear you can see the tile patterns at the bottom. After swimming, try the nearby sauna to open up all your pores. The kids' play area has ball pits and slides - my niece played there all afternoon without wanting to leave.

The breakfast was so good I overate! The satay noodle soup has rich broth with customizable toppings like fried tofu and pork intestines - absolutely divine. The freshly made shrimp dumplings are translucent with bouncy shrimp filling. Before leaving, I tried the Minnan Four-Ingredient Dessert at the lobby lounge - taro balls, grass jelly and sweet beans mixed together, perfectly refreshing.

At checkout, the front desk gave me beautifully packaged pineapple cakes as a souvenir! When I casually mentioned wanting to see sunrise during check-in, the housekeeping auntie specially reminded me the balcony has the perfect angle. These little surprises made me feel like visiting a friend's home - I'll definitely stay here again next time in Xiamen!
