Xiamen Wutang Shacha Noodles is an old-fashioned legend hidden in an old alley! This old shop, which has been open for more than 30 years, has become the irreplaceable "Shacha Noodle Ceiling" in the hearts of locals with a pot of rich and fragrant Shacha soup. Every morning, the soup is cooked with fresh bones and secret Shacha sauce. It is mellow and slightly spicy, with the aroma of peanuts, paired with freshly caught squid, shrimp, oysters and other seafood, and then poured with a spoonful of soul garlic, the freshness instantly explodes on the tip of the tongue.
The alkaline noodles are chewy and absorb juice, and the standard dried tofu and fish balls are the finishing touch. Although the price is more expensive than ordinary stalls (40+ per person), depending on the ingredients you choose, the real ingredients are visible, and the willfulness of being sold out before noon adds to its status in the arena. There is no luxurious decoration, but sitting on a small bench under the arcade and eating noodles is the most authentic urban flavor in Xiamen.
