Summer Tour in Xiamen · Eat in Xiamen · Wutang Seafood Shacha Noodles

After visiting Shapowei, Wof and my bestie had dinner nearby.

We chose "Wu Tang Seafood Shacha Noodles" (Xiamen University Twin Towers Branch).

We started with a plate of stir-fried lettuce (28 yuan).

The Xiao Qinglong Seafood Shacha Noodles were excellent. The lobster was not too small and fresh, and there were plenty of ingredients. The broth was a bit spicy. A bowl of Shacha Noodles is a must when visiting Xiamen.

Although we had already tried taro at Yanyu and taro paste at Tea Drink that day, Wof ordered the Crispy Taro Duck (45 yuan), clearly a taro lover. The crispy taro duck was fried to a crispy texture, with a thin outer layer. The duck meat and taro paste inside were both generous, though a bit greasy.

I got a free peanut soup from checking in on Dianping, and I was eager to try this authentic sweet soup.

It's about a 5-minute walk from the restaurant to Shimao Plaza next to the hotel.

Checked in at the basement counter at Shimao Plaza, then went to the convenience store.

Bought the "Quick Rehydration" endorsed by Wang Hedi.
