One of the best-preserved Mi Fu memorial buildings - Xiangyang Mi Fu Memorial Hall

Mi Fu Memorial Hall is located at No. 2 Yanjiang Avenue, Fancheng District, Xiangyang City, Hubei Province. It was built in the Yuan Dynasty and was originally called Mi Family Temple. It was later expanded into a temple to commemorate Mi Fu, a famous painter and calligrapher of the Northern Song Dynasty. The temple covers an area of about 16,000 square meters and is one of the best-preserved Mi Fu memorial buildings in China. It is a famous attraction that combines history, culture, and art.

✅Building complex: Includes the main buildings on the central axis (pavilion, worship hall, stele corridor, Baojin Studio, and Yanggao Hall) and the east and west stone gardens, which have pavilions and lush trees.
✅Art exhibition: The hall displays a large number of calligraphy works and stone carvings by the Four Masters of the Song Dynasty, such as Mi Fu, Huang Tingjian, Zhao Ziang, and Cai Xiang.
✅Stele corridor: Displays more than 100 calligraphy stone carvings, including works by Mi Fu and others.

1️⃣Exit at Xiangyang North Expressway → Dengcheng Avenue → Chunyuan North Road → Changhong Road → Changhong Bridge North Turn Yanjiang Avenue → Mi Fu Memorial Hall
2️⃣Exit at Xiangyang West Expressway → Dengcheng Avenue → Changhong Road → Changhong Bridge North Turn Yanjiang Avenue → Mi Fu Memorial Hall
✅Bus route:
1️⃣Bus No. 4 departs from Tangbai River in Xiangzhou District, passes through Airport Intersection, Xiaowan Police Station, Xiangzhou District Government, Xiangzhou No. 1 Middle School, Qinghekou, People's Square, and Jiefang West Road, and ends at Mi Fu Memorial Hall.
2️⃣Bus No. 2 departs from the train station, passes through Zhongyuan Road, Chunyuan Road, Qili Bridge, Hanjiang South Road, Construction Road, and Cheqiao Factory. Get off the bus and walk along Mi Road to the river.
3️⃣Bus No. 530 departs from Dongfeng Motor Electric Company in Xiangcheng District to Dongfeng Car Factory in the High-tech Zone, passes through Xiangcheng Passenger Station, Danjiang Road, Hongguang Road, Xiangzhou District Aviation Road, and Checheng Avenue. Passengers along the way can take the bus to Cheqiao Factory, get off the bus, and walk along Mi Road to the river.
