🍃
I’m super lucky~
I love seeking truly off-the-beaten-path places with beautiful scenery and few people!
⛰️
I’ve been to this underrated small city many times,
camping in the mountains, overlooking green hills and clear waters,
mysterious caves, repeatedly amazed by nature’s wonders,
ancient Jiangnan villages with centuries of history,
stream trekking and hiking,
the mountains and waters have an inexplicable charm,
immersed in nature, feeling relaxed and free~~
🚗 Sharing my summer getaway route:
✅ Depart from Wuhan 🚗 → Yushan Cave → Mingshui Spring Station → Mingshui Spring Scenic Area → Liujiabao Bridge → Wangjiaban Ancient Wharf
Hidden travel spots ⬇️
1️⃣: Yushan Cave
Huge rocks, mysterious caves, feels like something out of a tomb raider story!!
2️⃣: Mingshui Spring Station
From the viewing platform, you can see the mountain lake scenery in full view. Great for camping, with 🚻 available.
3️⃣: Liujiabao Bridge
Small bridges, flowing water, and homes—this rustic ancient village has a strong “Jiangnan” vibe.
4️⃣: Wangjiaban Ancient Wharf Stream Trekking
The river is wide, shaded by trees on both sides, perfect for taking kids to trek and play in the water!!
⚠️⚠️ Tips for the trip:
✔️ This route is all free to visit! 🆓 Use 🚗 navigation for place names 🉑 direct access, easy parking and free.
✔️ The route goes around the mountains, with beautiful scenery all along. It includes stream trekking, ancient villages and caves, and mountain camping.
✔️ We drove from Wuhan, recommend taking the national road for better scenery. We stayed near Hesheng Bridge, where you can enjoy chicken soup.
✔️ I’ve shared many hidden travel spots in Xianning before. If you have enough time, you can connect them into a multi-day trip to see picturesque mountains and waters.
🌱 Take advantage of summer vacation,
🍃 let’s go wild and be children of nature together~
