Bersure Museum Collection Seaview Hotel is a living aesthetic space that perfectly integrates art collections, marine culture, and vacation experiences. "Bersure" is taken from the poetic expression of leisure time in the Mindong dialect, implying that this is a secret place where time can slow down.

The design concept originates from a "dialogue between land and sea." The "Sea Gate" art installation at the entrance was created by the famous metal artist Lin Tianmiao. 12 tons of recycled ship steel was forged into a solidified wave shape, becoming the hotel's most recognizable visual symbol.

Each room is equipped with an original museum-level artwork, which may be a lithograph hanging on the head of the bed, or a fragment of Yue kiln celadon inlaid in the bathroom mirror frame. The rooms are equipped with 500-thread-count high-count cotton bedding from an Italian brand, a full set of Hermès bath products, and an intelligent dimming system. The mini bar offers local snacks such as Tanyang Congou tea and Gutian tremella soup, which are Ningde specialties.

The chef is good at using French techniques to interpret the seafood of eastern Fujian. The signature dish "Xiapu Seaweed Soufflé" incorporates local seaweed that has been dehydrated at a low temperature and ground into powder into the custard, served with yellow croaker roe sauce. You can also taste traditional mountain delicacies such as black glutinous rice and Kanya leaf dumplings.
