The newly opened "Wing Po Cha Chaan Teng" is run by a Hong Kong native. While waiting for your food, you can hear the staff communicating in Cantonese, adding to the nostalgic Hong Kong vibe of the restaurant. Their clay pot rice is delicious, with the sauce generously poured yet not overly salty. The standout dish is the fresh shrimp tofu skin roll, which has a perfectly non-greasy and not over-fried exterior. Paired with the sauce, it’s absolutely delightful!
