2 hours from Beijing! A must-visit hidden treasure in autumn

Autumn is truly perfect for visiting Ulanqab·Sumushan Forest Park~
The whole mountain is draped in golden yellow, with layers of pine and birch forests. When the wind blows, leaves fall gently, as if stepping into a moving oil painting 🎨.

Standing on the mountaintop, you can see the magnificent scenery where three provinces meet ⛰️. The vastness is truly breathtaking! And the best part is 👉 there are very few people! Even during the National Day Golden Week, places busier than this are far more crowded. This is a truly healing, off-the-beaten-path secret spot~

🏃‍♀️ Recommended routes

✨ Easy route: Take the shuttle bus up the mountain → hike down (about 2-3 hours), super relaxing with plenty of photo ops~
✨ Hiking route: Pay 15 yuan for the shuttle bus to the entrance, then hike up and down Bingling Stream (about 4 hours), an incredibly rewarding experience!

🚄 Super convenient transportation

🚄 High-speed rail: Beijing Qinghe Station → Xinghe North Station (1h46min, 117 yuan), then taxi/car rental to the park
🚗 Self-driving: About 3.5 hours, the scenery along the way is very soothing~ Electric vehicles are welcome, with charging stations available 🔋

💰 Cost reference

🎫 Ticket + shuttle bus = 99 yuan/person

📌 Tips

It’s windy and cold at the top, remember to bring a thick jacket 🧥

Multiple viewing platforms for great photos 📸

Don’t miss the refreshing small waterfall on the way down!

The autumn scenery is the most stunning, but it’s worth visiting in all seasons!

Sumushan = beautiful scenery, few people, great for photos ✅
Whether you want to escape the city noise or shoot a set of autumn photos, you can’t miss this place~
