✅Want to take close-up photos at Huangguoshu Waterfall? Raincoat + waterproof cover for your phone/camera are a must! Otherwise, the mist will soak you and your equipment—don’t ask me how I know!
✅Never book a homestay in Wanfenglin at the last minute! During peak season, homestay owners raise prices a lot. Booking early is cheaper and lets you choose better rooms!
✅The pastoral scenery of Wanfenglin is stunning, but don’t come during rice harvest season! Only the lush green rice fields have that atmospheric vibe; bare fields really don’t look good～
✅The mosquitoes in Xingyi are super fierce! When going out with kids, be sure to bring mosquito repellent lotion and spray, or the kids will get bitten all over their legs, itchy and painful!

D4: Wanfenglin → Fenglin Bouyei! Climb high to overlook the panoramic view of Wanfenglin, cycling with the breeze is super comfortable～ Rent a set of Bouyei ethnic costumes to take photos in the tea fields📷, it’s really beautiful!
