A beautiful taste of yunnan

our much anticipated trip to xishuangbanna had unexpected stepping stones. the whole downtown area was barricaded and no one was allowed to visit scenic spots due to cases found in the area.

My friends and I had to be creative with the six days we had their despite all the limitations imposed on our exploration.

we took many fruitful walks and visited beautiful restaurants with cuisines from Thailand, Myanmar and the local dai food. more than anything I was proud of the positive energy we maintained despite the setbacks 😊❤️
