A friend came to Henan for a trip and happened to encounter a half-price event for tickets to Yuntai Mountain for the winter tour. After picking him up at 8 o'clock, we headed straight to Yuntai Mountain and took the scenic shuttle bus at around 10 o'clock. It is said that one-day tours have less time, and the scenic area is indeed large. In order to leave him no regrets, Xiaofan took him away~ Today's tour route: Hongshi Gorge-Anshang Snack Street-Zhuyu Peak-Luoyang~
Some people like Liu Yifei asked why we didn’t go to Xiaozhaigou! Xiaozhaigou is indeed very beautiful ~ flowing waterfalls, macaques on the mountain roads... but I think it's quite cold to go to the waterside in winter, and it's easy to get aesthetically fatigued if you see too many flowing waterfalls ~ Xiaozhaigou also has many steps, so it may not be safe if the road is slippery! Hongshi Gorge is a must-visit, and the most important point is that it has a different visiting time from most tourists. Climbing up high and looking far into the distance in winter is really refreshing!
Travel tips: You need a health code + itinerary code to enter the scenic area, and you can pass with two green codes (currently guests from outside the province need a 48-hour nucleic acid test to enter the scenic area)
The Yuntaishan Scenic Area is very large and has several service areas. After passing the last shore service area, take the scenic shuttle bus through the Diecai Cave and arrive at the Hongshixia parking lot. Walk about 300 meters to the ticket gate of the Hongshixia scenic spot. After taking out your ID card for ticket verification, continue forward, pass a bridge, stand on the bridge and look down, you can see the winding... I continued to move forward with the crowd, going up a slope and then down the stairs. After walking for about 15 minutes, I saw the red canyon and heard the sound of gurgling water further ahead. It took about another 20 minutes to reach the end of the canyon. We climbed two steps of about 40° out of the canyon and walked up for about 15 minutes until we saw the Zifang Lake Dam. After leaving the dam, there are two or three airships spinning on Zifang Lake. In winter, not many people take them. The speedboat goes around the lake twice, about 3 kilometers back and forth, about 5 minutes
At 11:40 noon, I took the return scenic bus and returned to the restaurant in the Yuntaishan shore service area. I had a bowl of Henan braised noodles, which was very filling and tasted authentic! After dinner, take the scenic bus at the entrance and head straight to the Phoenix Ridge Cableway!
There are not many people going to Zhuyu Peak at this time of noon. Most people went to Zhuyu Peak this morning and are now going down the mountain. We booked a cable car. The one-way ride took about 8 minutes. The cable car was located halfway up the mountain. We continued climbing for about 40 minutes and reached the top of Zhuyu Peak. On the way, we passed by glass, which was about 300 meters long. We started our return journey around 3:30 pm and arrived in Luoyang around 6 pm. It was already dark. It was a good time to go to Luoyi Ancient City to see the night view. It was a perfect day and ended in the quaintness of Luoyi Ancient City!
