During my trip to Fukuoka, I visited Kitakyushu and was taken to a restaurant run by a friend of my relatives ☺️

Nestled in the mountains, this charming old house is surrounded by nature.

It’s such a hidden gem that it might be impossible to find unless you know about it.

It was fully booked as soon as it opened, which shows how popular it is 😳

The flavors of the dashi (Japanese soup stock) were exquisite, and everything was absolutely delicious ❤️
