【Kitakyushu Travel】A Hot Dog Shop That Brings Happiness

During my trip to Kitakyushu, a local friend took me to a hidden gem—a hot dog specialty shop located in a residential area 🌭

The hot dogs, made by a charming and refreshing owner, were absolutely delicious❣️

They use '100% domestically produced frankfurters' crafted with care by a pig farmer in Kumamoto, and 'soft and chewy buns' specially ordered from the popular local bakery, Shibapan.

The large sausages are juicy and plump, the buns are fluffy and chewy, and the overall experience is incredibly satisfying◎

The cheese is lightly torched just before serving, giving it a fragrant aroma that pairs perfectly with the basil sauce👍

The salsa is spicy and has a nice kick🔥

The tartar sauce, made in-house with a rich egg flavor, is irresistibly delicious❤️ It's my top recommendation👍

The garlic mayo, made with carefully selected garlic, has an aroma that stimulates your appetite🤤

For those who want to savor the flavor of the sausage and the aroma of the bread, the standard hot dog with ketchup, mustard, and pickles is also highly recommended🌭

The French fries are fried to order, ensuring they are crispy and delicious even when they cool down🍟

The adult craft ginger ale has a strong ginger flavor that I absolutely loved❤️

Everything was incredibly delicious, and the owner's personality was wonderful too 🥰
