[Kitakyushu Trip] Delicious "Motsu Chive Tsukemen"

When I went to Kitakyushu, I really wanted to eat the udon noodles at "Buzen Urauchikai," a famous restaurant in Fukuoka, so I went there❣️

Of the many restaurants, I chose a restaurant in Yahata Nishi Ward

I got off the Shinkansen at Kokura Station, then changed to the JR line and got off at Kurosaki Station, and it was just under a 10-minute taxi ride from there🚗

I chose the restaurant's most popular menu item❣️

The shiny, smooth, chewy thick noodles were great to swallow♪

And, it was full of domestic Wagyu beef offal. ❣️

It's plump and delicious❤️

The soup is light, soy sauce-based, but the rich, sweet and spicy flavor of the tripe is irresistible🤤

To finish off, add the remaining soup to rice with broth to make broth chazuke, which is also incredibly delicious‼ ️

I was able to enjoy it to my heart's content from start to finish 🥰
