Botahtaung Pagoda

Botahtaung Pagoda means 1,000 soldiers.
In the past, King Okalapa, the Mon king, ordered 1,000 soldiers to line up to pay respect to the hair relic, which was enshrined in this pagoda, which was brought from India.

The important highlight that tourists like to visit this place is to pay homage to the God of Promptness or Nat Bo Bo Gyi.

There is also the God of Whisper or Mya Nan Nui, which is located opposite the pagoda.
