Moon Hill - Yangshuo

Getting There - An easily scooter ride from anywhere in the Yangshuo area. Search ‘Moon Hill’ on Apple Maps. You’ll know you are close when you see the ladies on the street waving their menus and welcoming you to the tourist strip. It’s on the same road as the silver caves and rock climbing activities.

Attractions - 20rmb to get access to the hill and a nice enough stall selling coffee and water to welcome you. This is the place that blew Richard Nixon’s mind - get ready to explore the Presidents trail.

The Trail - It’s a steep hike but one which is worthwhile at the top. Maybe avoid doing it in the 38 degree of summer though.. The whole trail takes approx 2 hours up and down if you take your time. It’s worth jumping the green fence at the top to explore the hidden trail. The ladies at the top selling water will show you the way.
