Yangshuo & Xingping – A Dreamy Escape

My trip to Yangshuo and Xingping was nothing short of magical. The stunning karst mountains and the serene Li River created a picture-perfect landscape—it felt like stepping into a traditional Chinese painting! The famous 20 RMB view in Xingping was even more breathtaking in person.

🍽️ Best Food – Beer Fish (啤酒鱼):
A must-try! The Yangshuo beer fish was incredibly fresh, cooked in a savory, slightly spicy broth with local flavors. Every bite was delicious—I still dream about it! Pair it with some stir-fried river snails or Guilin rice noodles for the full experience.

💖 Lover’s View & Relaxing Vibes:
Walking along the Yulong River or taking a bamboo raft ride was so peaceful—perfect for couples or anyone wanting to unwind. The moonlit scenery at West Street (Xi Jie) added a romantic touch to the evenings.

☀️ Perfect Weather:
The weather was sunny with a cool breeze, making hikes, cycling, and boat rides extremely pleasant. Mornings were misty, giving the mountains a mystical vibe—great for photography!

Final Thoughts:
Yangshuo and Xingping are must-visit destinations for nature lovers, foodies, and couples. The jaw-dropping scenery, delicious food, and charming atmosphere made this one of my favorite trips ever. Highly recommend!
