Yaoshan Castle: History and Aspirations

Stepping onto Yaoshan Castle, you can witness the tenacity of this ancient city that has stood firm despite all the vicissitudes of life. The winding moat flows at the foot of the city wall, and above the river are stone arch bridges that span the sky, adding a touch of vast and freehand momentum to these relics of the past.

Slowly walk up the stone steps and arrive at the high ground center of the city. The city is full of trees and weeds, which are scattered in an orderly manner, creating a solemn and desolate atmosphere. Traces of wheel tracks can be vaguely seen on the old stone brick road under my feet. Recalling the hustle and bustle of the heyday, only a desolate and lonely scene remains now.
