The window where the sea breeze lingers, the wind on the hill of Dolsan in Yeosu

Late afternoon, I climbed up to the Wind on the Hill and sat by the window. True to its name, the ocean stretched out beyond my eye level, and the breeze blew through the rooftops.

The music wasn't loud, and the customers' voices were low, so conversation naturally slowed down. I held my warm cup in both hands, sipping slowly, and just watching the light shift outside the window made time fly by.

The dessert wasn't overly sweet, perfectly balanced with the coffee, and the ample space between the seats made it easy to spread out my notebook and organize it.

While there are some great spots for photos, the view itself was enough, even without searching for a prime spot.

On a day in Yeosu when I wanted to slow down a bit, this cafe was a great place to relax, gaze out at the ocean, and then head back down.
