Huangshan is incredibly beautiful, but I honestly don’t recommend going in August because...........

Let your kids catch fish in the rice fields, watch the sea of clouds on Huangshan, recite Tang poems on bamboo rafts, and make their own calligraphy brushes surrounded by the scent of ink...
This isn’t a study camp; it’s China’s version of a “childhood utopia”!
Last year, I took my child there once, and since then he keeps saying:
“Mom, I want to catch paper again!” “Dad, when can we see fireflies?”
I finally understood—
True education isn’t in tutoring classes, but between mountains and rivers.
🌟 Day 1|Arrive in Huangshan, head straight to Tunxi Old Street!
Stay in the city center at [Anchihua Mansion], just a 3-minute walk to the old street!
The stinky mandarin fish bursts with juice in every bite, the Mao tofu seems to “dance,”
and a warm sip of fermented rice wine makes the kids say, “It’s even better than milk tea!”
🌟 Day 2|Travel through a millennium of intangible cultural heritage!
First stop, Xuan Paper Cultural Park!
A heritage master personally teaches, kids scoop paper and do rubbings by hand,
a sheet of self-made Xuan paper is a family treasure worth framing at home!
In the afternoon, bamboo raft tour on Taohua Pond—
the boatman recites “The water of Taohua Pond is a thousand feet deep” in dialect,
kids nodding and swaying to memorize the poem, turning language class into an immersive drama!
🌟 Day 3|Be a little craftsman for a day!
Gold leaf on Hui ink, handmade calligraphy brushes, carving an She inkstone,
watching the master carve with focused precision as if sculpting a soul!
The kid watches intently: “So it takes so many days to make just one brush…”
At dusk, the sunset bathes the white walls and black tiles of Hongcun,
we catch fish in the rice fields and have water fights by the stream,
at night, chase fireflies and observe insects,
the starry sky unseen in the city is within arm’s reach here!
Stay at [Guanlu Tent Inn], with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows facing the forest and Milky Way,
lying in bed counting stars, the kid whispers before sleep: “This must be where immortals live…”
🌟 Day 4|Climb Huangshan, be a little hero for a day!
Take the family VIP passage, avoid crowds and peak times!
The kid completes the whole route by himself, proudly saying, “I’m a warrior of the Hero Slope!”
Under the Welcoming Pine, listen to the teacher reveal its “secret to longevity,”
when the sea of clouds surges, afternoon tea is served at the summit—
the tea fragrance mixed with pine breeze, the kid says, “This taste is the taste of freedom.”
Evening starry sky BBQ + open-air karaoke + starry sky movie,
the whole family sits around the campfire, laughter brighter than fireworks.
🌟 Day 5|Hanfu photo day!
Check in at [Shouzhuo Garden], the filming location of “Joy of Life,”
the infinity pool reflects distant mountains and pavilions, as beautiful as a painting!
Dress the kids in Hanfu, running between white walls and black tiles,
the photographer snaps hundreds of shots, each one perfect for a New Year calendar!
Many parents ask me:
“Isn’t traveling with kids a hassle?”
I say: If you choose the right place, travel is the best lesson for growth.
Worried about long distances in southern Anhui, scattered attractions, and tiring self-driving?
Join a reliable family tour and it’s all taken care of!
Includes VIP passages, private transfers, full-time photography, customized activities—
worry-free! Great photos! Happy kids! Relaxed parents!

Some sights and experiences,
kids only have one childhood, we can’t wait.
