This is a cave restaurant located in Cappadocia called Evranos Restaurant. We are having dinner here today. From the itinerary, I saw that in addition to dinner, we can also enjoy local Turkish dance performances, the most anticipated of which is the whirling. The lighting in the restaurant is a little dim and the photos taken when the dancers are moving are not clear. Caves are the characteristic of Cappadocia, which can be used to avoid enemy attacks as well as natural disasters.
