This is my second visit this year to Yibin·Lizhuang Ancient Town, and I’m completely captivated.
No repetitive trendy shops, no noisy crowds,
What you get is the spirit of the War of Resistance, the old site of Tongji University, the former residence of Liang Sicheng and Lin Huiyin,
And a night view so stunning it leaves you speechless once the lights come on—
It turns out, the true Jiangnan isn’t in Jiangsu or Zhejiang, but in this corner of Southern Sichuan.
