Besides hot springs♨️ and rafting in Qingyuan, don't miss the Chocolate Kingdom - a paradise for kids! Two days and one night are perfectly sufficient for fun.
We stayed at the Cocoa Pod Theme Hotel, which is very close to the Chocolate Kingdom. There are also cozy family-themed rooms to choose from. Driving is recommended for easier parking. Nearby, the upscale Chocolate Kingdom Hotel offers a premium stay with a bright, spacious lobby and a quasi-five-star environment.
We checked in at night and visited the Chocolate Kingdom the next day. The park features diverse attractions, with the giant dual-track Ferris wheel as the standout centerpiece. From the top, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire amusement park🎠. There are thrilling rides for all ages, plus a popular DIY zone in the Magic Chocolate Factory, where kids become little pastry chefs under expert guidance—adorable to watch! Other interactive activities include summer graffiti parties, Rainbow Troops Adventure, Splash Carnival, and the Colorful Carnival (featuring Qingyuan's mascot ring toss, kite-flying season, summer ice challenges, and dazzling windmill parades). Earn limited-edition gifts by exchanging positive reviews for park vouchers!
Next door, the Yingde Karst Hot Springs Water World offers two main areas: themed pools and a wave pool. Seven meticulously designed zones include infinity pools, slow-soak pools, wooden hot spring tubs, bird's nest pools, Ying stone pools, six-sense wellness pools, and Zen tea pools—all fed by authentic 3,300-meter-deep underground springs. After the Chocolate Kingdom, this is the perfect way to unwind.
Don’t miss the weekly Saturday fireworks show at 8:30 PM during summer—it’s a must-see!
