Yoichi Distillery in Yoichi, Hokkaido. This distillery, which is also a historical map that Nikka Whisky is proud of, can be visited by prior reservation. You can take a guided walk through the facilities used in the process of making whiskey. The distillation pot facility was particularly impressive. Under the pot, which is made with beautiful curves, coal was stoked and heated. I was lucky enough to see the kubels, and the work was quite impressive.

There are also facilities where Taketsuru, who created this land, used to live. If you like alcohol, please visit.
