Intercontinental Yokohama Pier 8

InterContinental Yokohama Pier 8 is a hotel located on the wharf of Yokohama. It has a slightly more mature atmosphere, one step away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, and is different from the Minato Mirai area. I stayed in a junior suite. The spacious 60-73 m² room has a luxurious bedroom and bathroom that make full use of the space. The entrance with the closet leads to the bedroom and the bathroom, which are connected all around, giving the room a sense of unity and connectivity. The wood-like, calm atmosphere, the rounded furniture concept, and the mirror in the bathroom convey the theme of a boat trip. The Byredo amenities in the bathroom are nice, but the spaciousness of the bathroom and the view bath overlooking the greenery of the courtyard make this room even more special. There is a Yokohama cruise available only to guests at night, and you can take a boat trip from the hotel to Minato Mirai. The Intercontinental Yokohama Pier8 has a different charm to hotels in high-rise buildings.
