Roses in full bloom! Garden Necklace Yokohama 2024

From now until June 9th (Sun), an event is being held to celebrate the 165th anniversary of Yokohama's port opening with beautifully blooming roses 🌹✨

I went there on a weekday at lunchtime, but it was crowded with people ☺️✨

If you want to take your time taking photos, I recommend going first thing in the morning!

The rose area in the back had a really nice scent and was soothing to the senses ~ 🫶🥹🩷

What a surprise! The early hydrangeas were blooming, and I was able to see the Hikawa Maru in all different expressions 🛳️

The event is on until June 9th, but Yamashita Park is a really recommended place to visit, as you can enjoy seasonal flowers whenever you visit 💐

I also took a photo of the East Gate of Chinatown on the way back... 📷✨
