Destination Information
Located in Yongtai County, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, on the top of Qingyun Mountain, with a maximum altitude of 1,130 meters. The scenic area consists of five tourist areas: Flower Sea Terraces, Tianchi Grassland, Jade Valley, Red River Valley, and Colorful Waterfall Valley. It is known as the "Shangri-La of Fujian" 🏞️🌺.

Route Planning

• Arrive at the scenic area: Self-driving is recommended, because there are still 15 kilometers of mountain roads from Yongtai County to Cloud Top, and there are few shuttle buses 🚗.

Transportation Information

• Self-driving: Depart from Fuzhou, about 90 kilometers, the whole journey takes 1.5-2 hours. From Fuzhou South (towards Bay Bridge) to the expressway (towards Yongtai direction), get off the expressway at Yongtai East, there are signs all the way, drive all the way to Qingyun Mountain, follow the mountain road to the top to reach the main entrance of Cloud Top Scenic Area 🚍.

• Public transportation: Take a bus from Fuzhou to Yongtai, and then take a bus from Yongtai to Cloud Top. Fuzhou North Bus Station or West Second Ring Passenger Station to Yongtai, schedule: 6:00-19:30 (every 5 minutes), ticket: 23-27 yuan (excluding insurance) 🚌.

Cost Budget

• Tickets: The price of adult package tickets is 160-190 yuan/piece, including tourist tickets + sightseeing bus + round-trip cableway, pure tickets 98 yuan/piece 🎫.

• Dining: It is recommended to bring your own dry food, the price of dining in the scenic area is relatively high 🍱.

Tips

• Tianchi Scenic Area: You need to climb 365 steps, which is the highest point of the scenic area 🏞️.
• Cableway experience: The colorful flying cableway with a total length of 1,100 meters and a height of 360 meters shuttles between the canyons, about 10 minutes 🚠.
