I went to Yamaka Cuisine Yunotakean, which is located on the premises of Kamenoi Besso, a ryokan that is said to be one of the three great inns of Yufuin.

The flavor tightens up and it's incredibly delicious...
I was surprised, it was so delicious that my eyes popped out. lol

Both the head chef and the manager are very nice,
and not only is the food delicious, it sparks lively conversation.
